Please fill up the form carefully. Use sentence case for fields containing Alphabetic Characters. Do not use sepecial Characters like . , ( ) * & ^ % $ # @ ! in address fields. Only / is allowed in building number field like 24/A etc. Give your birth day in dd-mm-yyyy format e.g. 15-03-1957. Type your mobile number and email correctly as all future contacts will be made through email and/or mobile. Type your year of passing Diploma from PAD correctly like 1980 or 1990 etc. Non PAD applicants should leave this field as blank and shall indicate EFIAP as honour and give their EFIAP certificate number. Indicate whether you have access to computer at home or not. You should select 'yes' or 'no' option depending on your access to computer at home. Preference will be given to applicants who have access to computer at home. Application form will be rejected if the information provided is incorrect or false. The Digital Research Unit management reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason. Make sure to have a scan copy of your passport size photo before filling the form. The image size must be restricted to within 300KB and upload only JPG image. Use your 'first name' and last two digits of 'Birth Year' to create the file name.
For Example. Partha Sarkar with year of birth 1954 should give the image file name as PARTHA_54.jpg. Avoid submitting duplicate application. Non PAD applicants will be required to bring their EFIAP certificate in original for verification if they are selected.
